Yes. You can manually place orders with datasheets, such as CSV or Excel. You can contact our sales or after-sales colleagues for specific information.
If you have a Shopify or WooCommerce store, you can connect it with APP which will download orders automatically from your store.

No, we won’t. Please don’t worry about this.

We usually take photos and videos to confirm the first purchase or large quantities of products arriving at the warehouse. For high-value products, we usually provide a complete unboxing video, of course, there will be an additional charge

Can you recommend your winning/ hot selling products?
Sorry, we can’t. It’s our obligation to keep our current customers’ business information confidential. We have our business ethics to follow.
However, our factory usually recommends some good products to us. We are happy to share these products that have just appeared on the market with you.

we’ll source the products from Taobao, wedian, PDD or our partner suppliers. We choose a most suitable supplier based on the product price, supplier scores, the distance between the supplier and our warehouse, etc.
We cooperate with many suppliers of SHEIN and TEMU, so we can also provide some products that are not sold in the market, and their sizes will be more suitable for EU and US customers

When we receive the products from manufacturers, our QC team will inspect the products to make sure the products are correct and good before we warehouse the products.We also check the product and package before shipment to make sure that everything we send is in perfect condition.
For large quantities of products with fast delivery, we will also conduct 5% random inspections to ensure the good condition of the products.

You can pay in the following ways:
1. PayPal. We accept Paypal payment, but you need to bear an additional handling fee of 5% per order/2.9% for Alibaba Paypal
2. Bank transfer, we have local accounts in US and EU and a global account in Hong Kong (please note that bank transfer still has a fixed amount of handling fees, please choose this method for large amount transfers)
3. Alibaba credit card payment (please note that we only accept credit card payments below 500USD)

The currencies we currently accept are: USD, EUR, CNH
If our business colleagues quote USD prices and you want to pay in EUR, our team will give you a real-time exchange rate conversion list

We have a 1500㎡ warehouse based in Hangzhou can process about 2-4k orders per day.

If you are our cooperative customer, our warehouse is open for free. If your sales are temporarily stopped, we will also provide you with 90 days of free storage time. After 90 days, if you choose to continue to store it in our warehouse, we will charge 10USD/CBM/month, and 10CBM will be the MOQ.

Usually our delivery time for major countries, such as EU, US, UK, CA, AU, NZ is 7-12 days. Other countries are 10-20 days. For some countries, we provide super fast delivery service, which only takes 4-8 days to sign for.

Yes, we can choose 17track, yunexpress, aftership, or local tracking provider to provide URL according to your needs.

We can ship to most countries, including all the European and American countries, some Middle Eastern countries and African countries, and most Asian countries.
Except for very remote island countries, we can ship to almost all over the world

If your store is integrated with our system, we will automatically upload the tracking number to your store. If you integrate with us via CSV or Google Sheets, we will sync it to the sheet and send it to you.

Please contact your salesperson or after-sales person. We usually reduce this amount from the next bill. If you are very anxious to get this refund, we can transfer it for you through Paypal, but we do not bear the handling fee.

We accept refund or return under any of the conditions below:
1. The product is lost and the delivery status on 17track is not “delivered”;
2. The product is broken / damaged /wrong after the customer receives it;
3. The tracking number of the product is invalid to check the delivery status;

We don’t resend or refund when:
1. The parcel is not delivered due to the wrong address or phone number given in the orders;
2. The parcel is not delivered due to the local post office fails to contact the recipient.
3. The customer does not pick up or refuses to receive the parcel

Step1: Please let us know the product to be branded and how you’d like to do the branding, like packaging, inserts, a stick or label on the product/ packaging, print on the product/ packaging, etc.
Step2: Send us the logo as an ai or psd document.
Step3: Let us know the size and what materials you want to use to make inserts/ stick/ label/ packaging etc.
Step4: We’ll check with manufactures to find out the price, MOQ, leadtime, etc.

Notes:
1.The MOQ of customized stickers/cards is probably around 500, price is about 0.2USD per pcs
2.The MOQ of private label products would be higher, you can contact your customer manager for more details. If you do not have a large number of stable orders, we don’t suggest you customize your own brand products, so as to avoid the loss caused by inventory accumulation.

For products with customized boxes and other heavier packaging, we will re-quote because the weight of the package has changed significantly
For customized products, returns and exchanges are not accepted because the product is exclusive
